Open IE
Click Tools
Click Internet Options

On the General tab
Click Delete Cookies
Click Delete File (put a tick in Delete all offline content when it asks)
Click Delete History
Click Content tab
Click Clear SSL State
Click Autocomplete
Click Clear Forms
Click Clear Passwords
Click OK

Click Security tab
Click on the Internet icon
Click on Default level
Do the same for Trusted Sites and Restricted Sties
Click Apply

Click on the Advanced tab
Scroll o the bootom of the list and make sure SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are ticked
Click Apply
Click OK

In IE still click Help
Click About Internet Explorer
Check that Cipher Strength is 128 bit

Make sure the Time and Date on your PC are correct as this can cause problems. Double-click on the time to change it.

Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type net start cryptsvc, and then press ENTER.
Type exit to quit Command Prompt.

You could also check that your anti-virus and/or firewall is not causing secure sites problems. Check th manual for this.

That should about do it.

Try looking into your internet properties and going into security, make sure nothing is clicked on blockedor high risk etc.
