Multi-vitamins, laying down after intercourse, not smoking or drinking, exercising, and being a healthy weight. All of these things can boost fertility but the most important thing is timing. Be sure you are having intercouse at the correct time during your cycle so conception can take place. Also, only have intercourse every other day so ensure the sperm have enough time to regenerate after ejaculation.

I just asked my OBGYN about positions. She said if you're on top, you obviously have a chance of losing sperm. Generally the best position is the missionary position. If your husband/boyfriend is well endowed, then maybe he shouldn't go too deep (you know they all do) because there is a ring up around your cervix (think of how the edge of a diaphragm lies). If the sperm are overshot, they can get caught up in that rim and don't know enough to backtrack to the opening of the cervix. Then elevate your hips after wards for 20 min. to let gravity help out and lessen the chance of losing any sperm. Also, my OB suggested not having sex after day 10 to have my hubby's sperm count build up (there isn't a problem with it, but sperm do build up over days), then have sex on the day I ovulate to insure a high number of sperm on that day. I'm using an ovulation kit this month.
Just wanted to add, you can ask your OB about Clomid if you are not ovulating regularly or too late during your cycle. However, it only increases your chances of multiple births by less than 4%. I conceived on it and only had one child (and both my husband and I have a large number of sets of twins in our families).

Take a daily vitamin. Be as healthy as you can. Sexual positions are from behind, and him on top. Lay on your back with a pillow under your bottom for 30 min. after. Your Dr. might be able to prescribe you what is called chlomid. It helps you ovualte, but it does have higher chances of conceiving multiples.

I have heard of raising your pelvis up and not getting up right away ofter sex. this will give the sperm a fighting chance, since the woman's body was made to fight off the sperm ( thus the reasoning of "the strong will survive) Also Prayer will always help. God Bless : )
