As a general rule, i never open e-mail unless i know who it is from, and if i don't know then i will run a scan on it just to be sure. Most likely it is a scam, they will ask you in the end for a small fee so that they can send you some kind of great prize. When they send me stuff like i just won a trip to England i just laugh and delete the message.

It's a scam, your computer has quite possible been infected by a virus already, you better run a virus scan before it's too late!!!!
