I want to get my own website,but I am not so sure about it I found something on Internet and it said that t is for free.Well,ok I might use and stuff,but tell me the advantages and disadvantages of it,please!I want to know things like will it take too much of my time or once a week visiting will do?Will it be a whole job or could be just a little hobby,I am not that old enough to spend all my time on the Internet just doing something that might not work!Pleas ehelp!If you have any other information considering this problem,please don't hide that,I need it!Thank you all!

It all depends on what your website is for. If its just a personal about you site, then you could easily use one of the above listed free website creation and hosting tools. Note that with these free tools, you do not get a domain (www.yourname.com). You will get something like (www.freewebsites.com/yourname) or (www.yourname.freewebsite.com) just for example. You will also no receive a email address with the free service. (you@yourname.com).
Therefore, if the site is for a business, you can't really use the free services because a domain name is a must.
Now, the free services often have website builders that allow you to easily make your own site without any knowledge of HTML or any other website languages. However, you will not be able to make your website look anything like most of the websites you see as these creators are far less power-full than actual HTML.
With the website creators you could make a website in a couple days, after you learn the basics of it all. Then you only have to see it as often as you want.
