I am neither complacent nor anxious. I live each day moment by moment and am very aware/conscious of my life. I don't get angry or impatient in traffic or slow situations. I don't get angry at slow service, etc.
I do leave great feedback when well deserved, I say thank you and mean it. I say I love you and mean it.

i'm complacent and that makes me anxious.i don't do what i should,sometimes i do what i know is wrong and then have anxiety about it.worrying will I be found out,hoping some bigger problem will distract people away from me,at the same time perversly savoring the mind game i'm playing with myself and hoping a sexy mean women will talk mean to me-put me on the spot-the hotseat-grill me-she will say"i can't stand the sight of you!" as she tantalizingly seperates her legs slightly so i glimpse something naughty.

complacent... I just don't get riled at the small stuff. My wife seems to stress over the little things where I point out how great we have things compared to so many others.

I'm more Anxious that complacent.
my example would be tomorrow! MADDEN 07 IS HERE! I have been counting down the days for over 3 weeks

I am very mellow..I have had many years working in a hospital setting..Faced with tauma I am one cool cookie...comes with the territory..=)
