By nature don't we all have the access to the same knowledge and wisdom?

I'm referring to the basic understanding of life.

I'm not talking about education, talent, creativity, etc.

One has to actively seek knowledge and wisdom, and no we don't all have the same level of access to it. Much of it depends on whether people are deep or shallow thinkers.

my "opinion" is Yes. We do.. I heard of a test that put a room full of babies that can crawl, in with plates of food of every description on the floor. The babies knew what the needed and what they wanted. What was remarkable, was that one baby took 37 doses of castor oil.. voluntarily!!! As we grow up and into learned knowledge, we forget all the things that we 'already knew'. Just like we grow out of imaginary friends and fear of the dark and keeping toes well hidden under the covers from monsters which I would call a fear of predators that might come in the night if we were living outside in a primitive land. I think it all fits. Hope this helps.

That may be the socialist ideal, but regretfully it isn't true. A lot of knowledge, and perhaps even wisdom, can be gained by perseverance and hard work, but so much depends on genetics which means that ultimately, you've either got it or you haven't.
