Why don't you just ask her first? Why be sneaky? If you have been married for 4 years, you should have some level of trust (unless she has done something in the past to make you suspicious). I think you should ask her first and then if you don't like what she has to say then try a key logger program.

A key logger would be the tool, however i must remind you that gaining personal information including passwords is a crime. Gaining access to a computer system without permission is highly illegal. Do not do it

Ask her forget computer talk if she has nothing to hide why the secrecy as the husband you have a right to know, if she won't tell then she's hiding something if she say's don't you trust me the answer is no not when you have secret Email's does she not trust you!

Install a key logger application so you can later see the password she entered.
For such a short period of time, you can install any trial key loggers. There are many.

Simple: ask her.
If she won't tell you, you shouldn't know it. And trying to find this out is illegal to begin with.
Married or not, everybody has a right to some private space and privacy.

May be your birthday or anniversary is coming up and she wants to do something to surprise you. Or may be she is having an affair. Just a guess.

I have to agree completley with Thor maybe she planning something for you and if not for you for someone else ie your mother or something we didnt tell my father about the suprise party for his wife cause he would tell
