hahaha! I love it. I'm from New Orleans and I think he is an idiot. For the last comment about... "Mardi Graw" ... first of all its Mardi Gras you idiot. Yes, New Orleans was not in such good of state when Mardi Gras was going on and New Orleans still isn't in good shape, BUT!.... What the hell are we suppose to do? Sit around and mope about it forever? No. It just shows that New Orleans is never going to die. Going home for New Years was amazing. I saw people crying just for the joy of a New Year. It happend, its over now its just time to clean up and move on.

completely incompetent . Look at the crime rate before Katrina and how New Orleans was known for its corruptness Whats changed under his term ? Why in the world would anybody reelect this guy.. 400 empty buses sitting under water,Why were they not used for evacuation? Millions of dollars given for levee repairs and reconstruction,Where did it go.? not to the levees. Telling the national guard to stay back...until he figured he was way over his head.... Then he was all ticked off about what was happening and blaming everyone but himself.. Oh and don't forget his "chocolate" New Orleans .... Didn't think he'd get called on that one !! Of course he needed some of those "vanillas" to show up for - What - Mardi graw !!!!!!! His residents don't have homes so throws a block party!!!! Unbelievable!!!
