This person would end up looking and feeling strange and perhaps for a while excited, but a person with these ideas needs serious therapy and healing, these type of people have MPD and serious identity disorders, plastic surgery won't fix any of these disorders because they absolutely come from within and once the surgery is done they end up having a crisis, they really need to fix the inside not the outside, it is also a multiple personality disorder and dissociation, which is quite sad for the person that goes through such struggles, they are never ever happy, unless there is a complete and thorough process of healing and restoration, and it costs much much less than all this plastic surgery, in the end they will end up feeling worst and some of them, based on statistics, end up committing suicide.

I think the 20 grand is simply a base price. It all depends on the surgeon doing the operation. If you get the best, you pay for it. If you pay the least, you usually don't get what you intended to get. Maybe there are 100 grand operations out there, but maybe only in Hollywood or something, I dunno.
I have a herniated disc in my lower back that needs surgery and the neurosurgeon said it will cost anywhere from 15 to 50 grand. That's quite a big range, but it all depends on how difficult the surgery is going to be according to other doctors I've talked to for advice for why he didn't give a specific price.

Thailand is the sexchange capital of the world. What cost 20 grand here is less then half there. Go for FFS, and SRS at the same time and or perhaps you want to lower your hair line to a woman's position. Thailand is the place to go but do research on the doctors as there are good and bad there.

Ok, let me be honest. I have seen some of those transgendered females and I must admit, some of them are stunning. You would never know that they were born male. It is truly fascinating.
All for 20 grand you say? Well with 100k, you should get a starlet!

Hopefully the best possible results.
to festive bunny, you have obviously never had a serious talk with someone who knew he/she was born into the wrong body. Mother Nature makes mistakes all the time. Transgendered people do not a multiple personality disorder. You are badly misinformed.

Look at Cher, although I don't think she had a sex change..
But, am sure the rest must have cost a small fortune.
I must say that she still is looking good for her well earned dollars have purchased.

well it depends if its a M2F or female to male operation. costs vary. also all doctors have different fees. generally insurance will not cover any at all. 'sexual reassignment' is a highly complicated and risky procedure. the extra money can also go to the cost of a lifetime of taking hormones, new lifestyle items such as clothing, makeup, etc.

It's all in the window dressing, darlin!
You have to work with what you have, make the best of every detail. You don't have to spend 100K to LOOK like it. You just need to know how to work it!
