Go to a store and buy a bottle of wine (10 pound), Some cheese and crackers (5 pound), rent a DVD from a friend (0 pound) and a magazine (5 pound) = 20 pound. Then, go home immediately before you start swiping your credit card.
On your way to the store, bring a cardboard and sit on the street for an hour. Who knows maybe you could get your 20 pound back.

Do you need something? Then buy it. But if you go to the park instead of the shops, you can have the fun of wondering what to spend your £20 on all over again tomorrow evening!

Blimely! Why don't you look about your surroundings and see what could be improved? check your closet and drawers- hey, about that one item you have thought about off and on? I lived in England years ago and 20 pounds went far back then. Hey, do you celebrate Christmas? How about new decorations? Or... put some of that money to tithing.. 10 o/o comes back in a multiple of 10 o/o= 100 o/o !

Buy one decent top that looks like it cost more than 20 pound, team it with trousers, jeans or skirt from waldrobe and walllar.. Worst thing to do go buy loads of cheap tat that will fall apart or just look crappy. Thats what id do anyway

If you're in London, buy a tube ticket for the journey (5£), buy a cup of coffee and a cheddar sandwich at a starbucks (6£). Take a tour at the Eye and go back... you're out of money!

What do you need? If you don't need anything in particular, why go shopping at all? Save your £20.
