I visited the Ferarri North America site and figured it would take a lot of time to put in every major city's info and count how many dealerships that way, so I went to Yahoo!

I searched on "Ferarri of" and found about 269,000 results. I counted 18 out of the first 30 results had recognizable cities in North America in the entry. About 60 entries in there were not many more.

I will estimate there are 20 to 25 in North America with "Ferarri of" in their name.

I hope that comes closer to answering your question.

Ferrari Dealerships

Most people who could afford one would likely not go to a dealer, but have the dealer come to them. Most dealerships know that people who just walk in can't afford one and are just looking. But if you really want to drive one then call the dealership and make an appointment furnish credentials if requested. And let them know you are coming for a test drive. They may let you take it around the block if your credentials check out. The sales person is itching to buy more crack for his under age girlfriend or saving to buy that Rolex. If you got the paper he will let you ride.
