I hate car travel, but me and my family are going from boise to a tiny village next to bear lake, the travel is about 4 hours. I will be in the backseat, and i dont really like to listen to iPods. We also have a portable DVD player. Any ideas for stuff to do?

If you don't like listening to music, try getting an audiobook ( or Book-on-tape). Often you can get them from your local library for free, or check out a bookstore for titles that you find interesting.

Obviously, with your DVD player you could watch a couple of movies too. Again, check out your library for free movies.

Otherwise, maybe a craft could help the time pass. My daughter likes to make bead bracelets and necklaces while we're on a long car trip. Just be sure to bring a tray to keep the beads in (an aluminum baking tray works well)

the vehicle has traveled 40 miles interior the comparable time that the airplane traveled 600. So your answer could be a million/15. I used a hand calculator and divided 600(miles) by 15(minutes) which factors 40. Equaling 40 miles for the motor vehicle traveling 60 miles an hour.
