Well, gee..I was gonna say get her that red book we all had to start off with. I can't think of the name (Thompson?) but, any music store salesman will know which one I mean if you ask for "the red book". Nice refresher course and kinda funny, I think.
Also, for romance, get her the sheet music of "your song together".
My last idea is to get her a crystal piano (rainbow maker) at Hallmark Stores or other stores (not cheap, but under 100). She can set it on top of her new piano and if the sun hits it just right she will have rainbows bouncing across the room certain times of day while she is playing.
That's all I got.

If she still has a piano or a keyboard get her a wide array of songbooks. They will keep her entertained and inspired.
