There are no natural solutions.
There are "techniques" - but over-doing them, or doing them wrong will make you impotent.
You've got the body you've got - pills can't make skin any more stretchy, they can't make the cavities in the penis hold any more blood.
Sorry, bud. The only thing you CAN do, is if you're overweight - dropping weight and getting trim results in better blood flow - this can result in an enlarged ... spirit. Down there.

Talk to, are look at, hug or just think about a fine ,built sexy woman i garantee u it will get bigger the only way! are have them sew one on.It might not work but it will be BIGGER!

Only way is to make it seem bigger.
Try shaving down there.
Try losing weight.
