Word of mouth can be the best, and worst form of advertising. Depending, of course, on what your customers are saying about your business. It's important to always keep your customers reminded about your business whether they need to use your product or not. That is where billboards, television, radio, internet, etc. come into play. Make sure that people recognize your business and have an idea of what you are selling. Then when they need your product be sure that your product and service is exceptional and word of mouth will work in your favor.

The best is by word of mouth! If you have a good business and treat the customers good, they will tell others and in no time you will have a good business!

word of mouth is best, fast, easy, and cheapest of all. Try advertising on the yellow pages, flyers could do the trick or have website built or try radio or tv.

Depends on the business.

In my businesses, TV and Radio are good for "top-of-mind" marketing. Direct mail print is good for "action" marketing.
