So on the end credits of the Teen Choice Awards, it's stated that a certain company and Fox give ballots to everyone. Then the Producers select the winner from the Top 4.
My question is how do the Producers select the winner of the Top 4? Is it whim? Do they try to pick the person with the most votes? Is it political?

On the teen choice awards the Teens chose the awards . thats where the title comes from.

the fans and teens cast their votes on fox.com then right before the show they see how many votes each of them got and then they win
