Sometimes when getting a name that's already been taken you just put in whatever works....so I don't think it's a great way to tell who the person is....

Some times, people (retardedly) put their birthyear or date in their names, for example funguy87 or hotchica11153 - in which case, the first would be somewhere from 18-19 years old, and the latter would be either 53 or 54 years old, being born on January 11, 1953, or November 1, 1953.
