Any bridge based on the Whetstone’s principle is called as Wheatstone bridge.

There are many bridges based on this principle.

The quantity to be measured and the accuracy with which it is determined make some minor modification of one bridge over the other.

Thus the post- office box, Meter Bridge, Carey- Fosters Bridge, Callendar & Griffith’s bridge and Kelvin double bridge are all Whetstones’ bridge with some modifications.

I'm not sure what a meter bridge is. When I looked it up, I found some vendors but no schematics. As far as I can tell, the Wheatstone bridge is a particular type of meter bridge, and by far the most common. A meter bridge, in general, might be any arrangement of electronic components that is used speficially to gauge other devices.
