also what kind of person talks without a comma and when the person they talking to starts to say somthing they cut them off is that a form of control too??

As a wise person once said; there are two types of people in the world, users and the used, which one would you prefer to be?
People can only dominate you, if you allow them to dominate you. If it bothers you, then but in to their sentences and talk loudly over what they say. Alternatively you could just put your hand up and say EXCUSE ME. I would like to speak now. Watch some politicians debating together, it will give you some good tips on body language and things to do!
Remember they can only dominate and control, if YOU allow it

For one thing I would not bother with these types of people, I have stopped being around people like this, because I cannot stand to be "dominated" so to speak, if you don't like that let them know how you feel, if they cut you off then that would be it for me. I think these types of people are insecure in their own lives and that is why they act the way they do. How about "loud and obnoxious"? That usually fits the situations, too. Good luck. Peace.

Yes, they are just wanting the last word. It is very rude and I tell someone who does that, he is rude, but he does not seem to even know he does it. Most of the time, I don't think they realize what they are doing. Sometime, I just say,in a low voice, let them finish. I don't know what you can do, unless you just keep on talking too. Good luck.
