They first have to win their division or at least make Wild Card, then win the first playoff, then the LSC, then win 4 games in the World Series. The odds in any year are currently 31 to 1 for any team. It would help having some decent hitting and pitching.

If the Red Sox won and the White Sox won, the Cubs are bound to win shortly. Anything to get steroids away from Bud Selig's agenda.

I think the tigers or the white sox have a good chance of winning this year....maybe another years the cubs will win

As long as ownership and management keep overpaying for players who don't live up to expectations or spend their entire careers on the disabled list, it will never happen. They need to rebuild their farm system, dump some dead weight from their pitching staff (yeah, THAT dead weight), and establish some kind of identity offensively. Until that happens, the losing will continue.
