it's ok to claim right to emigrate,but for economical reasons?

The number one reason(among many reasons) is to better their economic status. Over 100 hundred years ago only poor Europeans came to America, my grandparents being two of them. The ones who had money(English, French, Spanish, etc) stayed where they are. There's no place like home if you can make it there.
