Now I know it's heavily Portugese it's just that when I visted Brazil a couple of times it seemed that I noticed some of the people their looked of Spanish decent, The African is so obvious of course in others and of course Portugese in the rest, then you have some that look kind of French and then some that have Japanese in them I know of that Sao Paulo has a big Japanese population, I just wanted to know how much Spanish blood is in Brazil?

There is an estimated 15 million Brazilians of direct Spanish descent[1]. They are totally integrated into Brazilian society and nowadays most of them only speak Portuguese

Not a lot, a lot of Brazilians have some Portuguse in their blood due to the Portuguese colonizing Brazil. There also is a large percentage of African Brazilians. But Portuguese and European Spainish are basically the same as far as looks.

"a couple of times it seemed that I noticed some of the people their looked of Spanish decent,..."

Please tell me, how can you say the difference between Portuguese or spanish people, just by the look?

We look almost the same....

Feel free to ask anything from Portugal
