over eating.I am in habit of preparing nice dishes for children and then I enjoy myself.
Why?Because mostly one who eats little less is better in healh.
Over eating may create problem at old age.Light body is less prone to diseases.Most important thing is that,man is born to give lot of things to the world.So we should take little from the world and shd give more to the world.

I would stop being a people pleaser. It leaves little time for myself & causes me resentments towards others.

not looking others in the eye. i cant seem to look others in the eye. i dont know why. i just get a feeling that i have to look at their face or just away from their eyes. i feel like they're looking straight into me, revealing my fears. i dont know why though. but im working on it. i am forcing myself when i talk to someone to look into their eyes for at least fifteen minutes at a time. im getting to where i can look at their eyes the whole time almost. im making progress! i want to look them in the eye so they dont get the wrong idea about me, like im not interested in talking to them, and i want my bf to know that i love talking and being with him.
