Coach is right get some legal advice. But a friend of mine, was deep in foreclosure due to divorce and was living with her 3 kids in apartment. She renegotiated and was able to pay a payment and half for year (extra $500) to make up for the lost payments. It is up to the company and your credit and stuff how much they are willing to work with you...you need to talk with your mortgage company be open and be honest...if you have other debt, simplify, my friend got rid of her big SUV with the $683 a mo/ payment and then went down to a small 2-door SUV but then downsized yet again an got an older used car that paid off.

It is best to ask an attorney as soon as possible for the best advice on this. He may not be able to stop foreclosure but may be able to delay the process until you can get back on your feet financially.

I am guessing here but paying all the outstanding bills in one lump sum(probably cash) might work?! BUT I am sure a lawyer is required if it has reached the foreclosure state...sorry..
