Hello. - In my opinion, hand wash with cold water & Woolite.

I would not try to wash them. You might be able to find a cleaner for those flip flops. Check with a shoe store or anywhere you can find such products.

Soak in Oxyclean, it will get smell and dirt out.

wash them while on your feet and wear until dry.
