No, they do not explode. ALL crematories require that pacemakers be removed prior to cremation to prevent any explosions, as a pacemaker can do serious damage to the bricks in the cremation chamber.

Sure. The burning of a body does have some issues. See reference 1 for an article on a pacemaker that exploded, for example.

Other parts of the body, such as the teeth, may also pop from the heat. As for movement- it's probably nothing dramatic, but even corpses recovered from fires have "pugilistic" positions in some cases, from the larger muscles of the arms being pulled into a position reminiscent of a boxer.

well thats a question no 1 can answer as i dont know of anyone that has been in the oven with the corpse whe it was gettin cremated
