Contrary to the answer given by riverdave, the Peugeot 206 1400cc is petrol powered, as I own one! If not, then I have been using the wrong fuel for the past 8 years!! There may well be a deisel version, but if the enquirer is asking where the spark plugs are then I assume he has the petrol version also.
The spark plugs are located under a narrow oblong black plastic cover in the centre of the engine compartment. The cover is quite tricky to remove though, so take care.

There are either spark plug wires going to them, or there is a plastic cover installed on top of the engine. When you pull it off you will see separate coils on top of each plug.
Not sure what the 206 uses.
AFTER SEEING THE BELOW ANSWER, I AM STANDING HERE WITH FACES ON MY EGGS. YOU WOULD THINK FREDDIE WOULD HAVE SUPPLIED MORE INFO, BUT THEN AGAIN, NOBODY SEEMS TO.
