How about, find out all the places they went when they first dated and write a letter in the morning when they wake up like go to such and such place, and their give them a letter to go to another place that they went to when they first dated and then after they went to 3 or 4 places make the final place a dance hall and surprise them with all their friends and family.
Make sure you find out where they went when they first dated, such as movie theaters, restaurants, parks, and theme parks?

remind them of all the great memories and moments that they shared together.
make a scrap book with lots of pictures,
make a movie clip out of older clips of home movies
take photos of there wedding and blow them up and put them in nice frames
i can go on forever... nothing is as special as the things you do yourself. alot of thought and a little effort and you can bring tears to their eyes!
