Any thoughts on what will happen next season?

I don't think Izzy will leave. She quit at the end, but they really can't lose her character. Meridith and Dericks fling will surely come out in the open. What will happen with George? He's my favorite character.

I can't wait for the 3rd season i love that show hopefully Derek and Meredith wil get together again and i hope George dumps that Callie Girl i cant stand her character
