While I was driving my Nissa Altima 1995 car, suddenly the brake light and the battrey light came on, the steering wheel got stiff and the brake also was not pumping( got stiff). The motor keeping running, the car slowly stopped. I switched off the engine and after a few minutes I switched on the engine, then the car was ok. Then I immediatly took to a mechanic and he couldn't get the problem. But I checked the brake fluid and power steering fluid-ok. But after two days the same problem occured. What would be the problem and the solution? Thank you in advance for your kind help.

The car stalled and you cannot tell the difference. If the car slowly stopped, it was just coasting. Power steering pump, the alternator light, and the brake booster are independent components.

Get the mechanic to check why the engine stalled. Fuel? Spark?

Sounds like bad belts. If the belt slips and comes off, the power steering and power brakes will not work and to turn/stop the car will seem as if they have manual steering and brakes. Check your belts-- they may need to be replaced or tightened, but based on the age of the car, they may need to be replaced

the problem isn't break fluid. Your engine died, so all the power assited systems fails. So power breas, power steering, the charge system. So you should be checking into why your engine died.
