When you are at work, how do you feel. Do you feel comfortable or nervous.

I felt fine. The first week was hard because I was worried if they knew what he wanted when he cried, but it was fine. I actually enjoyed the time to myself:) They made me feel comfortable by calling and letting me know how is day is going. I can also view my son at daycare online through a camera in his room. That makes it so much better. Good luck:)

I've never left my son with "strangers" but to be honest it makes me nervous just thinking about it! I haven't but if I had to work I definitely would and feel fine. Just find a safe, reputable and affordable daycare CENTER. Why I put center in all caps in because a provider could do anything to your child even if you had camera in your home or theirs etc. I would feel comfortable with my son in a daycare center because there are so many kids and workers that I know he'd get the attention he needs (maybe not as much as he gets with just me at home but...) I would also know that the daycare center did background check it's employees. You know they have daycare centers with websites where you can look on line and see your child through the surveillance cameras any time during the day? How great is that? I would never leave my son with just a baby sitter I met minutes ago or even at the church nursery.

i would never leave my baby with any strange, unless i had no choice, let alone leaving my four year old with a stranger. i only leave them with certain family members that i know is suitable to take care of them for a little while, but luckily for me i no longer have to work and get to stay at home with them. i know that not everyone is able to do this and i also know that not everyone is able to leave their kids with family members either so i know that sometimes you are left with no choice but to leave them with someone that you don't know very well but the key is to make sure you ask a lot of questions and try to make a friendship with the person that is watching your child or if you can afford it bring your baby to a daycare where you know has a good reputation. always be on the look out for anything suspicious from the workers/babysitter and if there is a change in your babies behaviour and marks on the childs body that doesn't seem normal. just keep your eyes open.

I never had to leave my babies with strangers. I had the luxury of family being close. Some babies are better off in a daycare then with their own parents. You have to weigh the good and bad. If you need to work for the money you have no choice, just check out the place well and ask other parents for references.

i'm not a co-sleeper, even if, my 13 month old has been ill with a touch undesirable ear an infection and has been feeling undesirable the perfect few nights. She wakes up ever 15-1/2-hour crying b/c her ear hurts. i'm also pregnant with my 2d, so i want my sleep. The very last 2 nights I genuinely have enable her sleep interior the mattress with me so there's a lot less getting up and she or he sleeps a lot more beneficial effectual. she will be able of be going back to her personal mattress in yet another nighttime or 2. even as she is napping with me she will be able of now stay wide awake except she is huddled good up against me. i'm an particularly user-friendly sleeper to so i recognize i'm not likely to squash her both, even if it truly is hard even as she is contansly kicking me or slapping me in her sleep. My daughter is particularly clingy even without co-napping so i am going to't say if co-napping makes them more beneficial clingy or not. i think it truly is sweet too, i might want to also favor to get some cound sleep in spite of the reality that :)

I havent left my daughter with a "stranger" just yet. She has been left with my parents, which I am happy about. If I had to leave her with a stranger, I would go crazy, LOL. That would be very difficult. I know that day may have to come however.

I cried the first day I left my child at daycare but realized very soon that he is very happy with all the other kids. It's not like you picked a stranger off the street to watch our child. We researched daycares, got references, met the teachers, etc. before we decided.

Horrible and nervous. I quit my job and stayed home. It was the best thing I ever did for my family!! Besides he almost died of the rotovirus at three months, thanks to the nursery. he is fine now and a happy healthy well behaved boy.
