I can almost guarantee that you do not actually have a drive B installed. Drive B is the 5" (or something like that; I don't even remember the right number, they're so old) floppy disk drive. Almost no modern computers have that drive any more.

As for the corrupted file, try running Windows repair or reinstalling your operating system. For either of these operations, reboot your computer with your OS install disk in your CD drive. It should either tell you to press a key to boot from disk, or it will do it automatically. If it doesn't, you will have to modify your BIOS.
Once you have booted from the disk, follow the directions it gives to run an automatic repair program or to reinstall Windows.

you need to reinstall win 98 or me
this should fix the problem
