During winter my skin gets dry and rough like Pine Apple (not really)
Same is the case with my lips, they just dry so quickly!
Please suggest me some good moisturizers and lip balms (You cant even think of extra cold temperature here @ Vermont!)

and what about Petroleum Jelly can i apply it on my face??????Is it safe?

Dry skin comes with cold climates . So use a couple drops of baby oil in your bath water everyday. Get cocoa butter for you lips and face it will make them nice and soft and the dryness will go away. Petroleum Jelly is safe but if your face is oily bad idea will cause acne and will clog the pore, but it is great for dry feet and elbows. hands and dry cuticles..

For dry lips I would suggest Lip Balm. For dsry skin on your face I would suggest a kind of cream. Also Petroleum Jelly works awsome on your face. When you have a cold and your nose hurts put Petroleum jelly on it and it will feel so much better!!!!Of course it's safe!!!!

My skin gets really dry in the winter too. I've been told to not take really hot showers because this will dry out your skin even more and make sure to moisturize every time you bathe. They have some really great moisturizers out there now. I like Jergens Ultra Healing but if you need something stronger try something like Cetaphil. For your lips try something with mentholatum in it like Carmex.

Yes, petroleum jelly is fine to put on your face. Also, you can use Olay body quench body lotion and get the one that says extra dry skin.I would prefer you going to Bath&Beyond; i think thats what its called and get some lip balm from there.I would say get the yellow one thats says bees something like that , I FORGET, just try it,ok.

Roots lip balm is really good, stays longer than chapstick. Moisturizer like nivea, vaseline, jergens will help. Make a habit of moisturizing everday.

alot of vaseline on your body and it is SAFE on your face, moisturize every time you bathe, dont take REALLY hot showers itll dry out your skin more just take tepid "room temp" showers and maybe some vaseline for your lips its REALLY helpful dont use stuff like carmex cuz that may burn your lips but if you heal your lips with vaseline and after theyre not cracked you can start teh carmex :]
