I love cold fried chicken and potato salad... my mother makes the best!!!!! Now I am getting homesick... ;-)

If there is a grill near the picnic area...then the staples like hot dogs and hamburgers. If there isn't a grill, then fried or some type of cold chicken, with all the usual accoutrement's like potato salad, beans, chips, some kinda melon, etc. Oh, and either soda or beer and wine.

It doesn't really matter. Picnics are all about having fun with someone special. But, how about cold cuts, potato salad, pickles? I have no idea...
