PLEASE no one get all radical and call me un-American and a traitor, but does anyone else find it painful to watch him try to answer unrehearsed questions?

No matter how you feel about him, he does not exactly inspire confidence when you see him struggle to answer questions.

What do you think? Again, this is NOT about his policies, so please don't get all radical in your responses and attack me.

I'd like to see anyone stand up and have to do what he does. There's no rehearsing or speeches. Most of what's said is done so to attack him and criticize him. I think he does a fair job in handling himself in those situations. Also, if he answered to quickly or precisely, people would have a problem with that too. He can't win either way. He leaves alot to be desired, but he's by far not the worst I've seen and I by no means agree with everything he does. However, he does handle himself appropriately.

Dont be afraid to call a spade a spade:
If it looks like a rat and smells like a rat - its a rat.
Has nothing to do with the policies -he just wasnt prepared.
It is part of his job as President to be prepared. He knows what questions he is supposed to answer. And his advisors are supposed to be helping him with this. He also is the one who sets up press conferences or agrees to have them.
So dont listen to any non-sense about this.

If he gets that flustered over a few tough questions, how in the world is he handling his job? I would be interested in seeing his reaction when he's informed of trouble by his staff.

I always wonder how his backers who are standing behind him when he makes these statements feel about how effective his answers are. If I were them I would be very nervous but then again I suppose they derive their confidence in his answers based on their assessment of stupid we are.

I think he's one of the most inarticulate men to be painfully forced to give public speeches I've ever seen.

my favorite thing is his smile. I dont think he gets the fact that when talking about the war or when a bunch of people just died, you supposed to put on a sad face, not that sneaky little texas smile of his.
