Buy some Campground magazines.
You may find them on line, "Camping Directories".

Oh easy here check out the site below and search for that type of business...I check out there catalogs every time a new one comes out and i have seen probably a dozen in the last year for sale all over the country so you should def. be able to find one another approach is just to call a Realtor in the area your interested in and see if they can find you any, a Realtor that's worth there salt should be able to find you an RV park for sale in about 10 minutes.
