I have never heard of this! My friends use steroids and they all tell me thats not the side affect. The side affect is that is shrinks their testicles however after they stop usings a month or so they return to their natural size. You do know your suppose to cycle off of them every so often? Try stopping for a couple of months and see if there is a change, if not consult a plastic surgeon.

Get a good woman and let her find it, she get it to grow.
You could see a doctor they can do extensions, its painful, but you need an expert opinion. And lay of the steroids, it wasn't worth it, right.
