Pluck it. You might sneeze once or twice but it is better than always being in pain. If it grows back in the same way...pull it again. It will eventually stop growing in or change directions.

Pluck it out- that's the only way that it is going to stop hurting. When it grows back it will grow in straight.

Carefully use a tweezers and remove it. Hold the tweezers as close to the skin as possible to minimize the pain and effort needed to pull it out.
