I like my stockings/hose! I love the look they have.
I go with bare legs in the summer though. You have to draw the line somwhere :-)

I stopped wearing them long ago and the world did not come to an end. Just keep your legs shaved and you will be fine. Pantyhose is totally old school. End the pantyhose oppression! Don't even ask guys if they care. It's your legs and your money.

Just keeping the lower legs looking neat is just as good as panyhose. Try lotion in cold weather months if you wear shorter skirts. Opt for longer skirts sometimes... you don't need to be in a mini to be sexy.
Buying shoes that fit right also made a world of difference. I stopped buying cute shoes that were painful, so the protection the panyhose gave me was no longer needed.

As a man, I don't particularly like the look of stockings/pantyhose. I'd much rather see a person's legs, even if they are less than perfect.

Panty hose can be nice if your legs need a little firming up, or to help you look skinnier, but if you have nice toned legs they are totaly unnecessary. Most guys wont mind if you don't wear them. I say toss them, they're hard to get off when you're in a hurry anyway.
