I'm sitting at about 4 or 5 per work day. My connection is monitored and yet they have never mentioned anything to me. I do alot of news, IMDB, Yahoo! Answers and even the occasion flash game or MSN spades.

I have a friend that has a cozy government job. The IT guys came up to him with a list of biggest web surfing offenders and his name was in the top ten at 36 hours during the 40 hour workday. They told him to stop surfing so much and took no other action. I thought that was funny.

I'm online a totol of 2-3 hrs per day. Not all of it's wasted time though..just about an hr. or so.
