Just tell her that you know that she kissed your bf and you dont like it one bit. Ask her if she cant find another guy to kiss rather than your bf, and what does your bf have to say about this? Cause it takes 2 people to kiss the last time i remember.

Come right out and tell her. Was she drunk?
Best friends do not betray best friends. Did your boyfriend have something to do with it.
Confront her. Ask her gently what happened. You might find out it was all innocent.

If it was me, I would beat around the bush and make them lie about it before telling them that "I already know you did it", and then I would further express myself physically with my fists repeatedly until they told me they were moving out, TODAY!
