Given the state of the auto industry and most of the industies in the all the US and in Michigan in particular..I am guessing that unless you have a house in a tourist area or a REALLLLLLLY hootie-flootie area you are going to find that property values have not risen and very well could have fallen..there are lots of online ways to look...enter the zip code in any search engine with the term "property values" and off you goooooooo...
