of course he is, you havn't heard him deny it, have you? they said on NASCAR raceday sunday that the affair has been common knowledge in the garage area for quite some time

No matter what ANYBODY on this page says......there is no FACT BASED info proving they are doing anything more than just friends/working together. Anyone who says otherwise, is simply stating what they "think" but it isn't fact. It is, in fact, a huge rumor right now amongst the garage and NASCAR community.....but not all rumors are true. Although this one could easily be true....there's also a chance it may not be.
And whether they are, or aren't, quite frankly, is their business. If it does turn out they are, then I'd be disappointed in Ray, because he is married (to wife Shana).....but as far as racing goes, it really doesn't matter. Just seems like the "fans" are just itching for some drama these days.

knowitall........has it RIGHT. The relationship has been common knowledge in the garage for a few months. Also..the media knew about it and Ray said he would "sue" if it was made public.
This was on NASCAR RACEDAY Sunday after the race.
They also said on Wind Tunnel that Ray's wife has the same attorney that Brooke Gordon used.
Now......in Jeremy's defense...Ray stated that Jeremy wrecked on purpose to cost the team points. And.......a lot of other stuff.
So......I think Jeremy's responses were in "self defense".
What Ray and Erin do in there personal life IS their business.
They just have to remember....they are in the PUBLIC EYE.
With all of that said...It's really none of our business anyway.
We're NASCAR fans...NOT...SOAP OPERA FANS.
I THINK WE SHOULD JUST TALK ...RACING.
JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION.
I also agree with the others that answered this question...
The way it is worded is VERY INAPPROPRIATE.

that's kinda what Mayfield is getting at in the lawsuit he filed last week against Evernham. I don't think you'll hear much about it on TV though. NASCAR is very hush-hush about any scandals that have ever came about. I know that it is one of the most moral and family friendly sports there is, but stuff like this happens everywhere.

It doesn't matter and it is inappropriate for ANYONE, including current drivers or past drivers for Ray Evernham , to ask that question. It should not affect the way a person drives unless that particular someone is wanting to "bang" Erin Crocker himself.

according to mayfield, i can just picture erin crocker as ray evernhams *****.
Ray was probly desperet for sex and was like, "Erin, if you have sex with me, ill give u a seat in NASCAR!"

The answer to your basic question: Don't know don't care.
But I've got more.
I think it was very underhanded and disloyal of Jeremy Mayfield to bring it up at all, whether they are or aren't having sex. Powerful men having affairs is nothing new; neither are young women trying to use what they got to get what they want. But we didn't need to hear about this. It also shouldn't affect Mayfield that much, and it sounds like he was grasping for excuses. I hope Jeremy's new bosses think very hard about his vengefulness--he was trying to destroy Evernham's marriage (and of course his wife will get her half!), as well as put a huge question mark on Erin Crocker's career that no man ever has to put up with.

I am disturbed by Ray Evernham and Erin Crocker.
I personally think Ray is gay because Erin looks like a boy.

erin just took women in nascar back several decades. what a hoochie!! sleeping with the boss will take her nowhere but to the top of the garbage heap!! don't get me wrong, she should have kept her legs closed, but he is an adulterous piece of crap and i hope his wife takes him for everything!! i can't wait for the next girl to turn his head and he will toss erin to an arca pit crew guy to use up whatever is left of her. yep, her role model days are over, very tacky!!

inapropiate, but probably. and i do think that jeremy shouldn't have brought it up, if was going to it would but better if he brought it up with ray and erin long before now that he has lost his job, he is just bitter, and not i front of the media. plus thier relationship has nothing to do with him losing his ride. he sucks anyway.
