has anyone had implantion bleeding if so did it look very light and only last for a couple of days and also did you cramp in your pelvic area just before the spotting.I have pcos and my periods are irregular but i am tring to conceive.

Yes, I had the implantation bleeding; it was so light, more of a brown than red. It was right at the time when I should have had my period as well. I didn't have cramping that I can recall. Good luck, I hope you are.

You might be. If you period are irregular then you might not be. lol. The best way to find out is to take a home pregnancy test. If you dont trust those then go to planned parenthood or your doctor and request a pregnancy test there. They will either give you a urine test or you can have a blood test done which seems to be more accurate.

None of what you're describing are symptoms of pregnancy. Sharp abdominal pain on one side might be indicative of ectopic pregnancy, but that doesn't sound like what you are describing. Your doctor can do a pregnancy test very easily, or you can try OTC tests (but you usually need to wait until after you miss your period, or 6-8 weeks after your last period if you have pcos). If you're taking any fertility treatments, they may be causing your symptoms. I would check with your doctor, in any case.

If you were pregnant you would know turst yourself. Or vist the local doctor. WIth the bleeding it could not mean that unless you have had intercourse without protection.

Go to the doctors or clinic and get a pregnancy test but it might be something else; not that you're pregnant.
