The last thing you would want to do is to scrub acne - it can pop the pimples that you do have and scar your skin - why do that to your face? Try Proactive - they use pharmeceutical grade benzoyl peroxide which will dry out your acne and prevent from any new ones from approaching. Not only that but it's formula is actually gentle for sensitive skin types. It is an investment but you can try it for 60 days and if you don't like it you can get your money back. give it a try! If not - then try the heating mask by Biore - it will help out a bit but not eliminate the acne.

Nah ah!! I'm sick of people thinking pro-active is the miracle soloution!! Acne is caused by a hormone imbalance thus why many teenagers have acne, ( hello puberty ).
Proactive just dried up the oil in your skin, AND.. what happens when u stop using proactive.. No one ever dare talk about that now do they.. All that acne comes back,
Now about your question, You should use the Biore Scrub twice a week, maybe on a monday and friday, Just to exfoliate the dead skin cells that will plug up your pores and cause acne,
You should invest in any facial cleaner and toner, and also a moisturiser that is oil free,
If you have quite bad acne, ,PLease see your doctor, he can give you medication that will fix your skin and acne,
Like diane-35 , or an antibiotic, if your acne is serious, Maybe even ro-accutane,
Sorry about the spelling errors it's been a long day,
Goodluck tho

Like all living things, our cells grow, age and die - and for this reason a regular exfoliating scrub should be done, to remove dead skin cells. Doing this will help you achieve a more vital, youthful looking skin. People with sensitive skin, very dark skin color, moderate to severe acne, should not use scrubs. I had been struggling with acne for over 9 years and I tried everything until i started using arbonne's clear advantage line..... they really work and i did not have to use a scrub because it would make my acne worse, i only used a thermal fusion enzyme masque which was great (still is) and it would make my pores smaller.... check them out.... http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com

the effectiveness of a product like that is pretty universal.
so in theory, if you take an african americans persons skin and
a caucasions skin, if they have same amount of acne, it should result the same.i know its harder when african people get acne because its harder to see, and seems to get dark and ashy looking but the results should be the same.
