Trichomonas is an infection of the vagina which is usually caused by having sex, but is not actually sexually transmitted in the way that chlamydia and gonhorroea are. If you're asking whether your boyfriend has been playing around behind your back and has now given you this, then the answer is probably no. It's not transmitted from person to person like that. The main symptoms are discharge and itching. It's treated with a course of antibiotics - see your doctor.
