Rumina decollata? my yard is full of them. what can you tell me about them?

all my girlfriends think they are cute and my mom says they are harmless. i want to get rid of them. who is right?

your yard is full of gold. ever hear of killer snails? you have a predatory species, the decollate snail. they can effectively control brown snails.
time to start passing them out to all your other garden friends.
