That reminds me of when Bush SR was president, and he went to a grocery store to PROVE he was in touch with the people. He was amazed that bar codes are now scanned. They had been using that technology for years at that point...But to answer your question, they have a chef, and the chef does the ordering/shopping for the groceries.
