take a picture of a photo album and put it on there...

If you search an album on Amazon, they give a good quality photo of the album cover image, just right click save it to your desktop, then you can load it onto myspace.

Go to rockyou.com and make a slideshow -- it will walk you through it then give you the url link to post in your myspace site. hope this helps!!!!!!!

my best suggestion would be to go to Photobucket.com add your pictures , then copy and paste the url. That way you can easily resize them if you need to
