Hi Flignar!
There are all kinds of theings you can do from marshal arts to life coaches but I imagine the best thing you can possibly do is get a copy of Personal Power by Anthany Robbins ...It will litterally change your life I had a copy given to me when I had a bad accident with my right hand and they had told me 3 times to be prepared to possibly lose it . I went from being very depressed to feeling that I could accomplish anything and then went out and did. I have been very luch since then to have done movies Tv etc and worked with a lot of stars in a profession that I love ...BTW that was 12 years ago I still have my hand and even though it's not 100 percent you would never know I had a problem with it. and i still read that book ( ecen this morning when I was in the steam room as I had gained some weight and needed to rep up and get motivated to lose it again.

Just make yourself more aware of what you are doing. EXAMPLE: When you know you should be doing homework and your friends call and want you to go out and party, you should tell them every time that you have homework and you will be happy to join them when you are done.
You are in control of yourself. The more you make a conscience effort to do somethig that you know will benefit you the more self disciplined you will be

For me it just came as a result of forcing myself to start a routine little by little and sticking with it.
For instance, trying to get up at approximately the same time daily (even on weekends). I try to balance my time between the "have-tos" and the "want-tos."
Give yourself so much time to accomplish things you need to do. If you have something really important/necessary that you must get done, do it but in stages so you don't overwhelm yourself all at once.
Don't get discouraged or negative. Just keep trying to stick with it. Tell yourself that you can do it.
